Lifetime Guarantee

 

WORKMANSHIP IS GUARANTEED FOR LIFE BY CUSTOM COLOR INTERIORS INC, paint is not. That is covered under manufacturers warranty

1. Guarantee Coverage

Custom Color Interiors Inc guarantees that all interior painting and kitchen cabinet refinish services provided will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the Customer’s ownership of the property where the painting was performed.

Covered Issues Include:
• Physical damage (e.g., dents, holes, scratches, scuff marks from furniture, pets, or accidents)
• Material failure (e.g., peeling, chipping, cracking, bubbling or blistering)
• Caulking separation (e.g., baseboards, window and door trim)

2. Exclusions and Limitations

This Guarantee does NOT cover:
• Water damage or mold growth due to plumbing leaks, flooding, humidity, and condensation from inadequate ventilation in bathrooms
• Smoke, grease, chemical stains, or damage caused by fire or other environmental factors
• Repainting for aesthetic reasons, including changes in color preference
• Structural shifts (e.g., drywall movement, foundation settling, or cracks from building shifts)
• Damage due to third-party alterations, including DIY repairs, renovations, or contractor work
• Commercial properties, rental units, or high-traffic public spaces

3. Conditions for Guarantee Validity

• Guarantee applies only to the original Customer and is non-transferable, UNLESS new owner of the property wishes to keep current colors specified in original contract and continue the lifetime guarantee under new contract with Custom Color Interiors Inc.
• Property must be maintained under normal living conditions, free from excessive moisture, extreme temperature changes, or neglect.
• Surfaces must be cleaned using mild soap and water only; the use of harsh chemicals voids the Guarantee.

4. Claim Process

To initiate a yearly claim under this Lifetime Guarantee, the following process will be followed:
1. Annual Follow-Up: Custom Color Interiors Inc is committed to proactive customer care. We will automatically reach out to the Customer once a year during the same month the original work was completed to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues.
2. Customer’s Responsibility: The Customer agrees to promptly provide a detailed description of the problem or problems, along with clear photographs of the affected areas. This helps us assess the situation efficiently and determine if it qualifies under the Lifetime Guarantee.
3. Inspection: After receiving the description and photos, Custom Color Interiors Inc will contact the Customer to schedule an in-person inspection of the affected areas. This inspection allows us to verify if the issue or issues are covered for free repair or repaint.
4. Repair or Repaint: The execution of FREE repair or repaint of affected areas will be carried out using materials and techniques consistent with industry standards at the time of the inspectional service.
This process ensures that all claims are handled promptly, professionally, and with the highest level of customer care.
